Stephen J. Fredette appointed Vice President and General Manager of portfolio company TAG Solutions

Albany, New York - March 25, 2003

Telecommunications Analysis Group has appointed Mr. Stephen J. Fredette as Vice President and General Manager of TAG Solutions, LLC. In this role, Steve will be responsible for the overall operations of the portfolio company and will report directly to Shaun P. Mahoney, the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Steve previously served as Manager of Product Development for Telecommunications Analysis Group.
