Telecommunications Analysis Group, Inc. places in the Business Review's Great Places to Work

The Business Review has named Telecommunications Analysis Group one of the Great Places to Work in the Capital Region. The award recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture.

The Albany-based Telecommunications Analysis Group was one of more than 130 companies to enter, making the list of finalists on the strength of its employee evaluations.

"This honor is particularly rewarding because we were nominated by our employees," said Shaun Mahoney, President & CEO. "We have a great team that makes TAG a great place. We know great people make great companies, not the other way around. "

The top companies are to be profiled in a special supplement of the December 9th Business Review and will be celebrated at a luncheon December 8th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Albany.

The Business Review launched its Great Places to Work program in September, contacting more than 500 human resource managers and executives at companies throughout the eleven county Capital Region.

Companies were evaluated on information collected from employees responding to a Web-based survey. The results were analyzed and scored by assigning points to each question, and weighing them according to emphasis on creativity, flexibility and collegiality.
